Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a passion for providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques
- Offer crisis management support as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct research to enhance therapeutic interventions
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure as a Psychotherapist in the state of WI
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and medical terminology
- Strong skills in cognitive behavioral therapy
- EMDR certification
- Movement therapy certification/knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $43.76 - $52.70 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
